The Concept:
Part of the ongoing Reshaping Collection, Soleil distills form to its most elemental — the circle. Hand-built in The Studio from layered house-made pattern paper, this disc vessel is simultaneously sculpture and functional object, designed to hold a single stem or a quiet arrangement of dried botanicals.
The Form:
At 20cm in diameter, the solid disc presence belies the lightness of its material. The raw, mineral-like surface catches light differently throughout the day, shifting from chalk white to warm cream as the hours pass. A single aperture at the crown transforms the sculptural form into a vessel — an invitation to compose with nature.
