Shipping Policy

At Sinopia Décor, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth—whether you're picking up a last-minute souvenir from our boutique in Palamós or shipping a curated home accent set across the globe.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All regions within Spain (including Balearic and Canary Islands)

  • Most countries in Europe

  • Selected international destinations upon request
    (Please contact us directly for special handling or remote destinations.)

Processing Time

  • In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high season (cruise weeks, holidays), processing times may vary slightly.

Delivery Time & Estimates

Spain & Andorra: 2–5 business days
Europe (EU countries): 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days (depending on customs)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs or third-party courier issues are outside our control.

Shipping Costs

​Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and delivery speed.
Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (when applicable, clearly stated on the product page or checkout).

Cruise-Freindly Pick-Up Option

Cruise visitors docking in Palamós may choose:

  • Reserve & Pick Up: Place your order online, and collect it directly from our boutique.

  • We’re located 7 minutes from the port, and happy to hold your order until your arrival.

(Please include your ship name and arrival date at checkout.)​

Packaging

We use protective, eco-conscious packaging to ensure your items arrive safely. Our cruise-friendly sets are designed to be lightweight, compact, and travel-ready—perfect for suitcases or backpacks.

Tracking your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@sinopiadecor.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
