Refund Policy

Effective Date: MAy 23, 2025.

We want you to be delighted with every item you take home from Sinopia Décor. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—whether you're shopping from our boutique in Palamós or from abroad.

Returns Eligibilty

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note: Sale items, food products (e.g. gourmet sets), and personalized/customized goods are not eligible for return or refund.

How to iniciate a Return

Email us at info@sinopiadecor.com within 14 days of receipt with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will send you return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error.

In Store Return

If you purchased in-store or are visiting via cruise, you may return eligible items directly to our boutique within 14 days. Please bring your receipt or order confirmation email.

Damaged or Deffective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the case.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.

Exceptions & Notes

  • Products must be returned from the same country to which they were shipped.

  • If you’re returning items from outside the EU, mark your return package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.
