"Trama" Textile Panel Installation – Reshaping Collection

The Concept:

Part of the ongoing Reshaping Collection, Trama is the collection's textile voice. Six square panels, each hand-worked in yarn on a fabric-backed cardboard base, compose a single geometric work: an arc sweeping through the left column, a sun circle rising through the right, the whole composition built from the same yarn that travelled across countries and years before finding its final form here on the Costa Brava.

The Form:

Each panel is 26×26cm — small enough to hold in your hands, large enough to carry its own weight on a wall. The yarn is laid in tight parallel courses, colour zone by colour zone, the geometry precise but the surface alive with the texture of individual threads. Teal, navy, warm grey and solar yellow: a palette that belongs equally to the Mediterranean and to the mid-century design tradition that shaped the collection's architectural sensibility.

Hung as a complete set of six, Trama becomes a single work — a composition that rewards both distance and close reading. Hung individually, each panel holds its own fragment of the larger geometry.
