"Porta — Marina" Fabric Doorstop – Reshaping

The Concept:

Part of the ongoing Reshaping Collection, Porta — Marina is the wider, more generous form of the fabric doorstop series — the same coastal stripe DNA as Porta — Ratlles but with a broader silhouette that sits heavier and lower, more anchored, more present. Named for the marina of Palamós visible from The Studio window, it carries the logic of the harbour: functional, weathered, beautiful without trying.

The Form:

The tapered canvas body sits on a reinforced blue PU leather base, the leather loop handle emerging from the top with the easy practicality of a bag you've carried for years. The wider form means greater internal volume — more Palamós sand, more weight, more holding power for heavier doors and cross-breeze conditions. A piece that works harder while looking exactly the same.

The Sand:

Every Porta doorstop is filled with genuine beach sand from Palamós, collected and triple-treated in The Studio: vinegar-washed, oven-dried, and mixed with baking soda and peppermint essential oil. Clean, moisture-free, and subtly fragrant.
