"Embolcall" Planter Cover – Reshaping Collection

The Concept:

Part of the ongoing Reshaping Collection, Embolcall — the Catalan word for wrap — is a planter cover hand-sewn in The Studio from waterproof fabric. The gathered base creates a sculptural foot that gives each piece its own presence, whether wrapped around a pot or standing empty on a shelf. The open top follows the natural fall of the fabric rather than a rigid cut. Functional, considered, and specific to the materials that travel with us.

The Form:

Available in two sizes and a growing range of colors and prints — from solid indigo and warm taupe to textured prints — each Embolcall is cut and sewn individually in The Studio. The waterproof fabric handles moisture without damage, making it practical for indoor plants, outdoor terraces, bathroom storage, or desk organization. The gathered base means no two pieces sit in exactly the same way: each one finds its own form.
